Clutter to Cash introduces Consign First Estate Cleanouts to Langley

Chamber member Clutter to Cash has launched a dedicated estate cleanout service for Langley Township and the City of Langley, built around a simple idea. Sell what has value before anything goes to disposal, and give half back to the family.

The family owned company, founded in 2012 by Nathan and Erica Stickney, along with the Clutter to Cash team reviews every item on a property before it is loaded. Furniture, tools and collectibles with resale value go to consignment first, and the estate receives 50 percent of each sale. Usable items that will not sell are offered for donation. Only what remains is taken for disposal, and that portion is billed by actual weight instead of an estimated truckload.

The Langley service was designed with local properties in mind. Many estates in the Township sit on acreage, so crews clear barns, workshops, sheds and detached garages along with the main house, from Fort Langley and Murrayville to Brookswood and Aldergrove. Jobs are scheduled around the date a family is facing, whether a probate deadline, a sale closing or the end of a lease.

Clutter to Cash works with executors, families moving a parent into a smaller home, and property managers. The company has been BBB accredited since 2020 and carries liability insurance and WCB coverage for every worker on site. Assessments and quotes are free.
