Chamber member Cozy Bean Bakery is inviting guests to an exclusive French Bistro Demo & Dinner featuring renowned chef Bruno Feldeisen on Friday, January 30, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. This special evening combines live culinary demonstration with a seated three-course dining experience inspired by classic French bistro cuisine.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu that includes Mushrooms & Brie Tart, Beef Bourguignon, and Crêpe Suzette, showcasing traditional techniques and flavours. The event is designed as an intimate, interactive experience for food lovers looking to enjoy both fine dining and culinary insight in a relaxed setting.
