Kate Ludlam of Langley Senior Resources Society Receives Global Fred Award for Outstanding Leadership

Langley Chamber member Langley Senior Resources Society is celebrating a significant achievement, as their Executive Director Kate Ludlam has been awarded the Global Fred Award for Outstanding Leadership.

The international award recognizes Ms. Ludlam’s leadership and contributions to community development and the non-profit sector, particularly her work supporting older adults and strengthening community-based services.

Under her leadership, Langley Senior Resources Society has continued to expand its impact, delivering social, recreational, educational, and health-related programs for adults aged 50 and over. Supported by a network of more than 200 volunteers, the organization plays a key role in enhancing quality of life and connection for seniors across the Langley community.

Langley Senior Resources Society was also the most recent recipient of the Langley Business Excellence Award for Non Profit Organization of the Year in 2025.
