PRDA 50th Anniversary Capital Campaign

PRDA 50th Anniversary Capital Campaign

In celebration of Pacific Riding for Developing Abilities (PRDA)'s  50th Anniversary, they are holding their first ever Capital Campaign, and are seeking to raise $120,000 to fund two exciting and much needed facility upgrades. PRDA is the largest therapeutic equestrian facility in Canada, offering equestrian activities to enhance the quality of life for individuals with a wide range of abilities.

The campaign seeks to fund the creation of two new additions to the facility:

  • Lacey’s Lounge: a safe, warm, viewing experience to allow caregivers to stay on site and watch riders; and
  • Rider & Volunteer Reception Area:  to make space for a clear, peaceful transition, in and out of service, for all who participate in PRDA’s equine assisted therapies.

There are also a number of upcoming PRDA events this year to celebrate their 50th anniversary, culminating in a special commemorative gala event.  Find out more here >
