His session, Profitability By Design: Align Your Firm Around Clients You Most Want to Serve, looks at why many well-run CPA firms grow reactively rather than by design. Attendees will learn how to define their ideal client profile, apply six levers to improve profitability without working more hours, track the metrics that drive better decisions, and shift toward intentional business design.

The full-day program also covers technical updates, cybersecurity, anti-money laundering (AML), AI and practice management.
