Chamber member The Langley Christmas Bureau is looking for anyone wanting to help families in need this holiday season. Become a sponsor and spread holiday joy!

If you would like to be part of making Christmas a special time for one of the more than 938 families that register with The Langley Christmas Bureau every year, they would love to hear from you. Each year they match up sponsors with one or more families so that they can make sure it is a special time.

The main focus of their sponsors is to provide a Food Hamper (see Guidelines for Food Hampers) and, if you wish, additional small gifts for the children.

This year, there are three methods available for you to sponsor a family through the Langley Christmas Bureau. Please select your preference below for a sponsor application.

• Apply in person at the Langley Christmas Bureau

As a sponsor, you are able to choose the size of family you would like to adopt, and you will be given a contact name and phone number and information on the age(s) and gender of the child(ren). With this information, you will be able to select appropriate gifts, if you are including toys, for the child(ren) and perhaps the parent(s). The sponsor is then responsible for delivering both to the adopted family no later than Thursday, December 12, 2024. We ask that all Sponsors make contact with their adopted families by Friday, December 6, 2024.

The Langley Christmas Bureau realizes that sometimes sponsors (individuals and organizations) collect a lot more for their adopted family(ies) than expected. If this should happen, they would ask that you consider adopting another family: the more families you are able to help the more Christmas spirit you are able to share!
