Penmar Community Arts Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening community through live music, arts, and cultural events. Through collaborative partnerships, Penmar helps deliver impactful experiences that showcase local arts and musicians while generating economic, environmental, and social benefits for the region.

One of Penmar’s signature initiatives, the Salmon Sessions Music Festival (August 22, 2026), brings people together through live music while supporting community causes, including the 100% volunteer-run Little Campbell Hatchery and local food security initiatives. The festival also increases public education, awareness, and community engagement with these organizations.

Live music events drive local spending, increase foot traffic, attract regional visitors, and support cultural tourism — creating meaningful opportunities for local businesses.

Langley Chamber members are invited to get involved through financial or in-kind partnerships, gaining brand visibility while supporting arts, community impact, the music economy and tourism appeal.
