Join Barley Merchant for a delectable evening starting at 6:00pm and enjoy a six-course tropical-inspired flavour journey, prepared in person by their incredible culinary team. Each dish will be expertly paired with island-inspired BC cocktails, fruit beer, mead and cider that bring the sunshine to your glass.

Set on the patio with communal seating and a laid-back vibe, this immersive evening features live Hawaiian ukulele performers to complete the tropical escape.
