Women - Confident & Visible Finding Your Voice in Leadership and Business

Join Chamber member Redwood Leadership and Wellbeing for "Women - Confident & Visible Finding Your Voice in Leadership and Business", a live workshop for women leaders & solopreneurs on April 22.

Why this workshop?

Women leaders and solopreneurs are often carrying big vision and responsibility—while still:

  • Second‑guessing their expertise and downplaying wins.
  • Saying “yes” too often and paying for it with energy and time.
  • Avoiding sales or money conversations that feel uncomfortable or “too pushy.”
This 2‑hour, high‑support session is designed to help you step into more confident visibility and communicate your value in a way that feels grounded, authentic, and sustainable.

What you will learn
By the end of this workshop, you will:
  • Understand how nervous system, beliefs, and past experiences quietly shape your confidence and visibility.
  • Have a simple, repeatable framework for clear, kind, assertive communication in leadership and client settings.
  • Practice values‑aligned “selling” language so you can talk about your work and your pricing without apology.
  • Walk away with one specific conversation and one boundary you will honour in the next 7–30 days.

What we will do together
  • Short, practical teaching segments – no jargon, no fluff.
  • Guided reflection to reconnect with your strengths and evidence of your impact.
  • Live practice in pairs/small groups to try new language in a safe room.
  • Grounding and regulation practices so confidence comes from a steady, healthy nervous system.

Who this is for
  • Women in leadership roles who want to be heard and taken seriously without burning out.
  • Women founders and solopreneurs who need to get more comfortable with visibility, pricing, and sales conversations.
  • Emerging women leaders who are ready to step forward, speak up, and lead more boldly—on their terms.
