The Township of Langley is undertaking a corridor planning process for 200 Street to define a future vision for this emerging transit-oriented corridor. The goal of 200 Street 2040 is to establish a vision for the 200 Street Corridor as a sustainable transit-oriented destination, and to establish corridor-level policies and guidelines to guide the realization of that vision over the next 20 years.

The Langley Chamber is actively engaged in this planning process, with a clear vision for a 200th street that becomes a vibrant destination in and of itself, creates increased economic and business activity and benefits, and fulfills more of its potential for the community.

the final public engagement session is coming up on February 20.   The 200 Street 2040 Phase 3 - Design and Development Interactive Open House will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2024, 5 - 8pm at the Langley Events Centre Banquet Hall (enter at Gate 3), Level 3, 7888 – 200 Street. It is a drop-in session, no registration required.

We encourage businesses to add their voice to this planning process to ensure we can create more economic and business opportunities along 200th as part of its development.
