Balraj Mann named 43rd Recipient of Chamber's "HD Stafford Good Citizen Award"
Balraj Mann, founder and Chairman of the BM Group of Companies, was named the 43rd annual recipient of the HD Stafford Good Citizen Award by the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce at the business association’s Annual Holiday Dinner Tuesday night, attended by 300 local business and community leaders.
Since 1980, the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce has presented the HD Stafford Good Citizen Award to a deserving resident of the Langleys in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the community. This award honours an individual who contributes towards bringing together our diverse community to make a positive difference to Langley.
Balraj Mann is founder of the BM Group, a Langley Chamber member which does business in construction management, restoration, development and other real estate-related sectors. Outside of his business, Balraj has served as a Director on the boards of the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Kwantlen Polytechnic University Foundation, and he and his family have given significant donations to the hospital foundation, and have helped organize events like the annual Giving Hearts Gala.
