The Langley Chamber hosted a community all candidates forum on September 29, bringing together nearly 200 residents, business owners, professionals, and community members to hear directly from candidates seeking election as Township of Langley Mayor and Councillors.  Watch the video below  >

The forum provided an opportunity for the community to learn more about each candidate’s priorities, vision for Langley, and approach to key issues affecting the Township’s future. Throughout the evening, candidates discussed a range of topics, including taxes, transportation, public safety, growth, and the long-term success of the community.

Candidates for Township Council were invited to participate and share their perspectives, answer questions, and speak to how they would support residents, businesses, and the broader community if elected.

The Langley Chamber is non-partisan and does not endorse candidates. The purpose of the forum was to support an informed local election conversation and ensure that community and business issues are part of the discussion as voters prepare to cast their ballots.

Local government decisions have a direct impact on the cost of doing business, transportation, public safety, land use, infrastructure, and the overall ability of businesses and communities to grow and thrive. Forums like this help give residents and the business community a chance to hear directly from candidates on the issues that matter most.
