Input Opportunity: City of Langley Zoning Bylaw Review

The City of Langley is creating a a new Zoning Bylaw that will update the existing Zoning Bylaw that is over 25 years old, and build on the OCP's direction to set specific requirements on building design, land uses, and more.

As part of this process, an online survey is now open (until December 5) to gather input and thoughts of residents and businesses.  The Langley Chamber's Government Policy Committee is reviewing the survey and will be making a submission, but we encourage individuals to do so as well.

The survey asks for input on issues such as allowing cannabis retail in the City, parking requirements for new builds, zoning to allow for childcare, allowable housing size and other issues.

Feedback received as part of these public engagement activities will be used to help develop the draft new Zoning Bylaw.
