The Langley Chamber has launched our new Business Learning Lab Series, designed to provide accessible, hands-on, and practical professional development for local business owners, managers, and professionals.

These new learning labs will give participants the opportunity to take a deeper dive into key business topics and skillsets that can help strengthen their operations, build confidence, and support long-term business growth.

Delivered off-site with professional presenters reviewed by our Events and Member Experience Committee, each Business Learning Lab session will offer a more interactive learning format focused on practical tools, real-world applications, and clear takeaways that participants can use in their business or workplace.

The series will focus on relevant topics that reflect the current needs and opportunities facing local businesses. The first Business Learning Lab, focused on building practical tools to strengthen mental resilience and lead with clarity in high-pressure situations. The session was facilitated by Saurabh Seth of Ethical Growth Partners, who brings 21 years of experience working with leaders and organizations.

As tools, trends, and customer expectations continue to evolve, the Business Learning Lab series is designed to help business owners, managers, and professionals build useful skills in areas that are relevant to today’s workplace.

Additional learning labs are planned for the fall, with future topics expected to include marketing funnels, sales strategies, and HR capacity. These sessions will continue to focus on areas where local businesses have expressed a need for more accessible, skills-based training.

Through the Business Learning Lab series, the Langley Chamber is continuing its work to support the local business community with relevant resources, meaningful learning opportunities, and practical tools to help businesses connect, grow, and succeed.

The next Business Learning Lab session is Maximizing Your Next Gen-AI Workflow on July 9, which will walk participants through how to build practical AI workflows using today's leading tools, while keeping risk, responsibility, and long-term success top of mind.
