Langley Women's Business Network Raises Over $1000 at Coldest Night of the Year
The Coldest Night of the Year is a national event that brings communities together for a winter walk that symbolizes the challenges faced by many Canadians who struggle without adequate housing or support. At this Langley event, funds raised through the event support the Salvation Army Gateway of Hope, which provides essential services including emergency shelter, meals, outreach, and programs that help individuals rebuild stability in their lives.
The Langley Women’s Business Network team was made up of local business leaders and professionals who came together not only to support the cause financially, but also to walk together in solidarity with those in our community who face far more difficult circumstances every day.
Events like this are a reminder that the Langley business community is deeply connected to the wellbeing of the broader community. While the Chamber’s primary focus is supporting local businesses, our members consistently show that they also care deeply about giving back and supporting organizations that provide critical services.
The Langley Chamber would like to thank everyone who donated, walked, or supported the effort! For more information on the Coldest Night of the Year, click here >
