Tell Government What’s Holding You Back: Langley Businesses Urged to Speak Up

The provincial government has launched its "Ease of Doing Business" review which they pledged during last year's election.  This is a formal review of the barriers that make it harder to do business in BC—and we’re urging our members to make sure their voices are heard loud and clear.

At the Langley Chamber, we regularly hear from businesses about frustrating red tape, slow approvals, unclear regulations, and rising costs that are hurting their ability to grow and compete. Now’s our chance to speak directly to government about the policies and systems that are holding your business back—and what needs to change.

This isn’t just a feedback exercise—it’s a call to action.

If you’ve dealt with inefficient permitting, unresponsive processes, or outdated regulations, please do 2 things:

1) Tell us!   Email us and share your concern, challenge or headache.  Be as specific as you can about the who/what/why!   Email >

2) Tell government!  Submit a response to the Province’s Ease of Doing Business review directly too.   Submit online  >

Together, let's maximize this opportunity to tell government what’s not working—and what needs fixing.  The Langley Chamber will continue pushing for a more competitive, business-friendly environment in BC generally, and together we can hopefully move the needle on specific challenges to you and your success!
