Originally from Montreal, Pierre Bourbonnais has worked for over 20 years helping small and medium sized businesses both internationally and here in Canada to create a successful and sustainable future.
Currently with Peninsula Canada as an Employment Relations Consultant, Pierre focuses on building successful and resilient work environments for businesses and non-profits, while mitigating risk, ensuring compliance and providing guidance on innovative engagement and retention strategies.
