ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS …
Parm Sidhu – YXX Airport General Manager
A visionary leader with a passion for community, Parm Sidhu is known for his commitment to service.

Over the past fifteen years at Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) Parm has held a series of progressively senior roles which prepared him well for his current role as the Airport General Manager. He holds an Airport Operations Management certificate from BCIT, and a Bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University.

His leadership includes fostering regional collaboration to help ensure continual growth and development of Abbotsford International Airport.  His numerous community development & volunteer roles throughout the Fraser Valley include Director with the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce and the Surrey Board of Trade. He is a past member of The Executive Committee (TEC Canada) and The Canadian Parking Association.


Heidi Grigg 
WestJet Director of Cargo and Charter Operations.

Heidi has been a WestJetter since 2001. She started off as a Customer Service Agent in Edmonton and through WestJet Leadership Development and promoting from within; she has held different positions within the company, including Training Instructor, Airport Applications Manager, and Regional Manager for Airport Operations in Western Canada. Most recently, she transitioned into a new role as Director for Cargo and Charter Operations at WestJet, where she is looking forward to growing these areas. Her favourite thing about being a WestJetter has been to see what a passionate, like-minded group of people can accomplish when working together with the guest in mind.
