February Breakfast Club - The Benefits of Team Social Context Management...
Join us and learn how to develop excellent teams by guiding team members through differentiating the four dimensions of personality and assisting them in building team behaviours and team social contexts that lead to meeting team results. Presentation highlights include:
- Evaluate NASA’s shuttles Challenger and Columbia disasters and other team failures to determine how their root causes relate to group-thinking and an inadequate team social context.
- Define how the 4-D System process provides a safe team development environment.
- Simplify how to form highly productive teams by developing team behaviour and social context to integrate and appreciate team members, encourage vulnerability, cultivate productive conflict, ensure 100 percent team commitment and accountability and manage performance.
The presentation also illustrates how 4-D Systems meets five requirements for an excellent teambuilding system:
- Logical and durable;
- Brief, clear, actionable assessments;
- Quantitative data;
- Development processes people want to use; and
- Results that justify their time “off the job.”
