Tim has held sales management and marketing positions with national and international companies including Sanyo, Philips and Lux Audio. His 40+ year business career has taken him and his family from Langley to Winnipeg to Toronto and back to BC. During which time he and Ruth, his wife of 39 years, welcomed 5 children into their family. And with the addition of 7 grandchildren their family continues to grow.
In 1993 Tim started his own distribution company which together with an eventual team of 25+ employees built to $17,000,000 in annual revenues by 2006. In 2007 he established Stride Business Coaching where today he coaches privately held and family run businesses to greater profitability while helping them build teams to do more so the owners can have more time for themselves.
