Langley Next Gen Business Network: Screw Up Night 2026

Join us for the next Langley Next Gen Business Network event — a night for Langley business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals 40 and under to connect, meet new people and hear some stories that usually don’t make it into the highlight reel.

This time, we’re hosting Screw-Up Night: an honest, funny and refreshingly real conversation about the mistakes, missteps and “what were we thinking?” moments that come with building a career or growing a business. Our panelists will share some of their biggest professional screw-ups, what they learned from them, and how those lessons shaped what they did next.

Come for the stories, stay for the connections. Enjoy food, drinks and a relaxed evening with other young professionals and business owners who are building careers, growing businesses and figuring things out along the way.

Whether you’re just getting started or well into your career, this is a chance to meet your peers, swap stories and leave with a few lessons you didn’t have to learn the hard way.
