POSTPONED WEBINAR “See Something, Say Something” Crime Stoppers Community Presentation

Crime Stoppers is a non-profit society and registered charity that receives anonymous tip information about criminal activity and provides it to police and other law enforcement agencies in communities from Powell River to Boston Bar. Information is also provided to a wide variety of other provincial, federal and international agencies. The general public may have information that would assist in police investigations. Some members of the public don't want to get involved with the police. Crime Stoppers provides the opportunity to leave information anonymously. Tipsters are eligible to receive a cash reward up to $2,000 if their tip leads to an arrest or charge. The presentation discusses what Crime Stoppers does, how it works and what we can do to keep businesses and communities safe.
