Understanding How Employers will be Impacted by the Changes in the Labour Relations Code

In this session, they will be providing an overview of the Code and the impact of the significant changes to the Code made earlier this year. Non-union and union employers alike will be impacted by these changes.  Some of the key areas that will be discussed include the following:

The seminar will conclude with some tips on how to prepare and limit your exposure to union certification and the impact of other changes to the Code.
