About Sabrina Meherally
Sabrina Meherally is a diversity and inclusion thought leader, and the Founder of Designing for Inclusion – a strategy and design consultancy that helps organizations create inclusive customer and employee experiences.

With over 30 years of combined of experience in HR, marketing, and product design, her team offers an integrated and radically new approach to diversity and inclusion – one that drives results and that leverages the power of human-centered design.

Through her passion for racial equity and socio-economic inclusion, Sabrina has supported local and international organizations in developing comprehensive DEI strategies, programs and initiatives aimed at removing barriers which hinder the progress of marginalized communities. 

Sabrina is also the host of the Inclusive Design Podcast where she interviews industry experts and community leaders who use inclusive and responsible design to build for everyone.
