About Us
KDTS is a managed security company in Langley, BC. Since 2010 we’ve looked after accounting firms, law firms and other professional offices, mostly 10 to 25 staff on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Many of our clients have been with us for close to a decade.
We run the security controls your clients and your cyber insurer expect, on a monthly plan. Every computer is monitored around the clock by a security operations team. Every email account is watched for takeovers and backed up separately. Your email domain is locked down with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so it’s much harder for anyone to send fake invoices in your name. Servers and key computers are backed up in Canada, and we log our test restores.
Every client gets the same short list of tools, and we run them on our own systems too. Pricing is per device and per user, and it’s published on our website. Support is included in a managed plan or billed hourly.
Most work is done remotely. Onsite service covers Burnaby to Abbotsford, and we support firms remotely across Canada.
