With over 30 years of hands-on experience building businesses from the ground up, including Canada’s largest group ski bus tour operator, a national e-bike rental franchise system, and an expense optimization company, we’ve lived it and bring practical insight and proven strategies that actually work in the real world!

I started Trailhead Consulting because I'm genuinely passionate about BC, the outdoors, and the people who build businesses here! I love sitting down with business owners, learning about what they've built, understanding their challenges, and figuring out how to move things forward together. This province has given me so much, this is my way of giving something back
