Langley Chamber member Innovative Fitness Walnut Grove held a “Train the Trainer” fundraising event on November 25 to support two causes – Starfish Pack and Health in Motion Africa – and raised $16,500 from their community.

Because of this effort, 15 kids in the North Langley community will have food on the weekend, for the entire year, and 8 communities in Africa will receive the resources to live a healthy life through movement and rehabilitation.
