On January 17, nearly 150 professionals and business leaders attended the Langley Chamber's Langley Local Leadership Panel for a unique opportunity to connect with and hear from Langley representatives from all three levels of government -- municipal, provincial and federal. 

Newly-elected Mayors Eric Woodward (Township) and Nathan Pachal (City) as well as provincial representatives Minister of State Andrew Mercier and Parliamentary Secretary Megan Dykeman, and Members of Parliament John Aldag and Tako Van Popta joined Langley Chamber CEO Cory Redekop on stage for a wide-ranging, hour-long discussion that covered taxes, inflation, crime, housing affordability, mental health and addiction, and more.  

The sold-out event, supported by Platinum Sponsors MNP and Port of Vancouver, was the first major event of the Chamber's 2023 calendar, and also saw the induction of 11 new chamber members during the proceedings.
