She is a senior Human Resource professional, strategist, leader, advocate and educator.  With an in-depth understanding of how to help companies bridge their HR strategy with their business strategy, her mission is to help businesses think, act and operate in a people-first culture. 

Sofia has 15+ years’ experience in Human Resources, partnering with small, mid-sized and multi-national companies. She specializes in provincially and federally regulated companies, in a wide range of industries including education, engineering, public practice accounting, manufacturing, law and telecommunications.
