Sofia is the Principal and Lead HR Consultant at Upskill Consulting. She comes with over 14 years of senior level HR experience, working in both provincially and federally regulated companies, in a wide range of industries including education, engineering, public practice accounting and telecommunications. Throughout Sofia's career she has engaged in various functions of HR, always with a mindset of translating business strategy into systematic HR initiatives. Sofia has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, holds her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and is an Accredited Licensed Practitioner for Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Insights Discovery.
