I’m Lauren, and I’m originally from Manchester, England – but I’ve been lucky enough to call BC home for the last 7 years. I spend most of my free time on my bike or kicking a football (soccer) around in the summer.

I love working with local businesses to build a social media strategy that makes them stand out against the competition. When I created LMR Digital Marketing I wanted to help brands create a authentic voice online. I believe in shopping locally and supporting our community, and bring that into everything I do.
